What is GetSecondBrain?
GetSecondBrain is an AI knowledge base setup service by Avera L.L.C-FZ in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Yasir Ijaz helps individuals and small teams organise their existing documents so their chosen AI can answer business questions with references to the source files.
Is this an app or a done-for-you service?
It is a setup service using plain files and the storage and AI tools you already use. The free Project Restart Pack is self-service. Paid setups include scoping, source preparation, instructions, answer checks and a handover. This website currently accepts enquiries; there is no online checkout.
Which AI tools can I use?
ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot and Gemini. A project is configured for the tool you use today. File access, connectors and refresh behaviour depend on that tool and your subscription; portable files do not make every integration automatic.
What does the Personal setup include?
One workflow, up to 10 readable documents and 50 pages, whichever limit comes first; two 60-minute sessions; a walkthrough, your files and an export; and 14 days of fixes. Recordings, scans and complex data require separate sizing. Delivery targets 10 working days after scope, inputs and access are agreed.
How much does it cost?
The published 90-minute audit is AED 950, credited towards a setup booked within 14 days. Personal setup has a founding price of AED 2,950 for the first five clients, with availability confirmed in a written quote. Team pilots start at AED 14,500 for up to five people. Optional monthly refresh starts at AED 590. Confirm scope, availability and applicable taxes in the written quote before buying.
Where are the files stored, and is private data safe to use?
Files stay in your Google Drive or OneDrive. Storage permissions, AI provider access, hosting region, retention and training settings must be checked for the chosen tools and account. English is the default; Arabic requirements and sensitive or regulated material need a separate written review. Source citations help you check an answer; they do not guarantee accuracy or establish a security certification.
Does setup automatically run my business?
No. The service prepares context and checks answers for an agreed workflow. Any action-taking automation, extra workflow or system integration needs its own agreed scope and real access controls. AI instructions alone do not grant or restrict permissions.
Can I test the method before booking?
Yes. The free Project Restart Pack needs no email address. The practical setup guide uses fictional notes to show current decisions, source citations and missing-information tests. The interactive demo also uses fictional examples.
