GetSecondBrain is an offering from Avera L.L.C-FZ, a company registered in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Avera is responsible for the enquiry information it receives through the contact routes on this website.

The interactive example and your text

The interactive example uses fictional, structured source notes. Editing a source, adding a note, building a workspace and checking a question run in your browser. This version has no AI API, document-upload service or connected customer accounts. The example code does not send the text you type to Avera or an AI provider.

Your edits are held in the current page session, not a hosted personal vault. Reloading or leaving the page can discard them. If you want to keep your changes, use the export button to download the generated Markdown ZIP. That download is created in your browser.

Please use fictional or non-sensitive text. Do not paste passwords, payment details, confidential company records or other people's personal information into the example. Source-exclusion labels illustrate a workflow; they do not establish production access control.

Hosting information

Netlify hosts the website and delivers its pages, fonts, videos and downloads. A request to the host necessarily includes technical information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time. Netlify may process technical and security information under its own arrangements. We do not promise that hosting or provider processing is limited to the UAE.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics 4 is optional. It loads only after you choose Allow analytics. If you keep analytics off, we do not load Google's analytics script or send analytics events. You can change your choice using Analytics choices in the footer. We remember your choice in browser localStorage for up to six months; if that storage is unavailable, the choice applies only to the current page.

With permission, Google Analytics measures visits, page engagement, general device and approximate geographic information, referral sites, video progress and actions such as using the demo, downloading a resource, viewing a plan or clicking an enquiry or booking link. Analytics cookies help distinguish visits and are configured to expire after six months. Enquiry and booking clicks indicate interest; they do not confirm that a message, appointment or purchase was completed.

We do not send your demo notes, edited sources, generated answers, source titles, email addresses, phone numbers or full external contact links to analytics. Page URLs sent by our tag are restricted to public page paths, with query strings and fragments removed. Referrer URLs are reduced to their origin. Automatic enhanced measurement, advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled for this property.

Google processes analytics information under its arrangements and may process it outside the UAE. See Google's privacy policy and Google Analytics data practices. This property's event-data retention is two months and user-data retention is fourteen months. The user retention period resets on new activity. Aggregate reports may be retained longer. Withdrawing permission stops future collection in this browser and removes its first-party Analytics cookies, but does not automatically erase previously collected information.

The interactive example stores your notes only in page memory. It does not save notes to cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage. Fonts and media are self-hosted. Hosting and security services still process technical requests as described above.

When you contact or book with us

You can contact Yasir through WhatsApp or email, or follow a Google booking link. Clicking these links takes you to another service. Those services handle your information under their own privacy terms. We do not embed their booking or messaging widgets in this website.

Avera receives the information you choose to share, such as your name, contact details, current tools, project description and appointment details. We use it to respond, assess whether the work fits, arrange a requested call and prepare a scope or quote. We do not automatically add enquiries to a marketing list.

Please describe the task first. Sensitive source handover, access permissions, providers and any processing agreement are reviewed separately before implementation. Never send passwords in an enquiry.

Purpose, retention and sharing

We process enquiry information to handle your request, take steps towards a service you ask about, operate our business and meet applicable obligations. Where processing depends on your consent, you may withdraw that consent by contacting us; withdrawal does not undo earlier lawful processing.

We retain enquiry correspondence only while it is needed for the request, related follow-up, service administration or applicable recordkeeping and legal obligations. We review whether it remains necessary. Client-service retention and provider arrangements are agreed separately in the scope and applicable terms.

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be handled by the communications, hosting and service providers needed for the agreed purpose, or disclosed when legally required. Providers may process information outside the UAE; we review applicable safeguards for the actual service before sensitive access is granted.

Your requests and rights

Subject to applicable law, you can ask about access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing, portability where available, and withdrawal of consent where consent is the basis. Email yasir@averaops.com with your request. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and explain any legal recordkeeping limits.

Do not include identification documents in your first message. We will explain a suitable verification route if one is needed.

Free resources, security and updates

The Project Restart Pack is downloadable without providing an email address. The hosting request for a file is subject to the hosting information described above.

We use HTTPS and restrict the example to browser-side processing. No system can guarantee absolute security. This notice describes this version of the public website; it is not a promise about every third-party AI tool or a future implementation.

When the website's processing changes, we will update this page and its date.
