The example is a demonstration

All supplied source records and people in the interactive example are fictional. The example compiles specifically structured notes in your browser; it is not a live AI assistant, arbitrary-document parser, connected production workspace or hosted account.

Outputs can be incomplete or incorrect and depend on the supplied notes. Check their sources and missing facts yourself. Do not use the example as medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Its source-exclusion labels do not replace real platform permission checks.

Your browser session is temporary. Export any changes you want to keep before reloading or leaving the page.

Free resources and appropriate use

You may use and adapt our editable free templates and prompts for your own personal or internal business workflow. You may share a link to the original pack. Do not claim Avera authored your results, resell the unchanged pack as your own product, or remove source notices. Third-party assets remain subject to their included licences.

Only enter information you have permission to use. Do not attempt to interfere with the website, evade security controls or misuse the contact routes.

Packages, quotes and payment

Displayed packages and prices describe proposed launch scope. They are not an online checkout or a binding offer to start immediately. Paid Starter availability must be confirmed before ordering; the free sample is separate from the paid kit.

Implementation begins only after a suitable workflow, written scope, access requirements, deliverables, acceptance checks, start date and payment terms are agreed. The final quote states applicable taxes, third-party costs and any advance-payment terms. Do not assume that an existing AI subscription includes every integration or usage cost.

Scope caps, formats, sessions, correction periods and exclusions apply as stated in the agreed quote. Further work, continuing maintenance, OCR, recordings, extra workflows and custom integrations require separate agreement.

Delivery, corrections and cancellation

Website timings are planning targets, not a guarantee of an immediate start. Delivery depends on accepted inputs, suitable tools, access and confirmed capacity. We agree the actual dates and acceptance process before taking a scheduling payment.

Corrections, cancellation and refund arrangements are set out in the written service terms before payment. No purchase is completed on this website. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Third-party tools and privacy

Third-party tools, providers and websites have their own subscriptions, terms and privacy practices. Their availability or behaviour can change. We agree the tools and processing arrangements needed for an implementation before connecting sources or granting access.

Availability and contact

We aim to keep this website and its resources useful, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, any search ranking, income, time-saving amount or a particular AI result. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and keeping copies of your work.
